Our Story

Greg Michie Realty Group is a well-established private Real Estate Brokerage servicing Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. With over 50 years of experience our team of licensed REALTORS® can assist you with all types of real estate transactions on both the Winnipeg REALTORS® MLS system or Exclusive Listings through our office.

After 16 successive years of being Sutton Group’s #1 agent, we opened our own independent brokerage The Greg Michie Team and now operate as Greg Michie Realty Group. As of July 2022, the Brokerage is now owned and managed by Jeff Michie.

Our office is made up of selfless, hard-working individuals, who put the greater good of their clients and colleagues before their own interests. Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board

The Gold Medallion is the highest level of recognition given by the Winnipeg Regional Real Estate Board. In 2022 it was awarded to the top 15 selling teams out of approximately 2,000 agents.
